sounds like it could be in a zelda game or some final fantasy song...maybe thats just me but it sounds awesome. I just wish it was longer is all lol

Sounds alot like everlast...

until it gets about halfway through...i didnt really care for the mixup in the middle...too much going on and it didnt go well with your voice i think...i think that u should keep the slow acoustic style throughout the whole piece...just my thoughts

Eureka! Maybe that's what I have been missing this whole time...it doesn't need to change so dramatically. I have never been able to get back from that middle part probably because it DOES NOT BELONG THERE! It is a cool part in and of itself, just not in this song. Even the lyrical direction changes completely at that point. Thank you very much for that insight! I am going to give the same respond to Saxturbatio since he agreed with you about that. ill try to b as constructive as possible...there is dissonance in blues but alot of the notes just didnt work and the pacing wasnt right. I mean the timing with the notes and the piano just wasnt right...the tone you used as well i dont think worked well for this...but you know wat its ur song so hey do wat u like cuz not everyone is goin to like it but just personal opinion here

I sacrificed on tone so I could just do DI; if I had an ADAT or something to record analog, I would've gone through the amp. As far as pacing, listen to "Bagatelle No. 4" as done by Chick Corea and you'll see where I got my inspiration for this.

I wouldn't have called it canon rock seeing as that may cause people think that ur stealing funtwo's version, but this is much different....and i personally prefer it to the other because it is more of just an updated classic instead of a whole new song...kudos
